SHIPPING, DELIVERY, AND INSTALLATION POLICY

1. PREAMBLE

This Shipping, Delivery, and Installation Policy ("Policy") delineates the terms and protocols governing the transmission of digital assets, the logistics of physical goods, and the installation of fabricated signage provided by SIMPLY FIVE STUDIO (hereinafter "We," "Us," "Our," or "The Agency"). By engaging Our Services, the Client ("You," "Your") agrees to the terms set forth below.

2. DELIVERY OF DIGITAL SERVICES AND ASSETS

Given the nature of Our creative and technological services (e.g., Web Development, Graphic Design, Branding), a significant portion of Our deliverables are intangible.

2.1. Method of Delivery

  • Source Files: Final deliverables (e.g., high-resolution logos, source code, design files) shall be delivered via secure electronic transmission, including but not limited to:

    • Electronic Mail (Email).

    • Cloud Storage Links (Google Drive, Dropbox, WeTransfer).

    • Code Repositories (GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket).

  • Credentials: Access credentials for live websites, hosting panels, or ad accounts will be securely transmitted upon receipt of the final balance payment.

2.2. Delivery Timelines (Digital)

  • Project Schedule: Estimated delivery dates for milestones and final launch are outlined in the specific Project Proposal or Agreement.

  • Standard Turnaround: While specific timelines vary by project scope, typical turnaround times are:

    • Graphic Design Drafts: 3–5 Business Days.

    • Web Development Milestones: 10–15 Business Days per phase.

  • Delays: We are not liable for delays caused by the Client’s failure to provide content, approvals, or feedback in a timely manner.

2.3. Acceptance

You are deemed to have accepted the Digital Deliverables if no error report or revision request is submitted within seven (7) days of transmission.

3. SHIPPING OF PHYSICAL GOODS (PRINT & FABRICATION)

This section applies to tangible goods such as business cards, brochures, rigid signage, fabricated boards, and marketing collateral.

3.1. Shipping Partners and Jurisdiction

We utilize reputable third-party logistics partners (e.g., BlueDart, Delhivery, FedEx, DHL) to ship orders.

  • Domestic Shipping: We ship to all serviceable pin codes within India.

  • International Shipping: We ship globally, subject to the serviceability of our logistics partners in the destination country.

3.2. Processing and Dispatch

  • Production Time: "Ready to Ship" timelines usually range from 5 to 14 business days from the date of "Proof Approval," depending on the complexity of fabrication.

  • Dispatch: Once dispatched, You will receive a tracking number via email/SMS/WhatsApp.

3.3. Delivery Timelines (Physical)

  • Domestic (Metro Cities): 2 – 5 Business Days.

  • Domestic (Non-Metro/Remote): 5 – 10 Business Days.

  • International: 7 – 21 Business Days, subject to customs clearance procedures in the destination country.

(Note: These timelines are estimates provided by logistics partners. The Agency is not liable for delays caused by the courier company, weather conditions, or strikes.)

3.4. International Customs and Duties (DDU)

For international shipments, goods are shipped on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. This means:

  • You are responsible for all import duties, customs taxes, and local sales taxes levied by the destination country.

  • These fees are not included in Our invoice and must be paid to the courier or customs authority upon receipt. Failure to pay duties resulting in the return or destruction of goods shall not constitute grounds for a refund.

4. RISK OF LOSS AND DAMAGE

4.1. Transfer of Risk

Title and risk of loss for all physical products pass to You upon Our delivery of the goods to the shipping carrier.

4.2. Damage in Transit

While We ensure premium packaging to prevent damage, accidents may occur during transit.

  • Inspection Protocol: You must inspect the package immediately upon delivery. If the packaging appears visibly damaged, You must note this on the courier’s delivery receipt or refuse the shipment.

  • Reporting: Claims for concealed damage must be reported to Us within 24 hours of delivery with high-resolution photographs and an unboxing video. Failure to provide this evidence within the stipulated window will result in the rejection of the claim.

5. INSTALLATION POLICY (SIGNAGE & FABRICATION)

For projects involving on-site installation of signage or fabricated structures:

5.1. Scope of Installation

Installation services are provided only if explicitly included in the Quotation/Invoice. If not listed, the product is supplied on a "Supply Only" basis.

5.2. Site Readiness and Access

  • Permits: It is the Client’s sole responsibility to obtain all necessary permissions (municipal, building society, landlord) for the installation of signage.

  • Access: The Client must ensure clear access to the installation site, including provisions for power supply and scaffolding if required, unless these are explicitly included in Our scope.

  • Delays: If Our installation team arrives at the site and cannot proceed due to lack of permissions or site unpreparedness, a Waiting/Re-visit Charge will be levied.

5.3. Structural Integrity

While We ensure Our fabricated units are structurally sound, We rely on the Client’s representation regarding the structural integrity of the wall/facade/ground where the signage is to be mounted. We are not liable for damage to the building structure unless caused by Our gross negligence.
